Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please email us at help@veilunza.com within 2 hours of placing your order or before our daily cut-off time (5:00 PM EST). Once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped, modifications cannot be made.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! As soon as your order is successfully placed, an automated Order Confirmation email containing your order details and invoice will be sent to the email address you provided.

What are your shipping rates and transit times?

We provide clear, flat-rate shipping choices for all shipments delivered within the contiguous United States.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 – 3 business days | Shipping Fee: $9.99 USD

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 10 business days total (1–3 days handling + 4–7 days transit)

  • Priority Shipping: 3 – 6 business days total (1–3 days handling + 2–3 days transit)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is marked as delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
